Cloud Online Pte Ltd is a web based development company which handles web development and training for companies. They are engaged by a school to create a web based learning platform for primary school students. The platform leverages on existing videos from YouTube and social media content to facilitate and assist teachers in delivering lessons and revisions to students. You are responsible for the full life cycle of the project which includes developing a comprehensive project plan; executing’; controlling and finalization the project. You are to provide a report to document the entire project consisting of the following components. The Project Management Report: - Project Introduction (including problems the project is trying to solve); Objectives and Prioritization - Web Architecture & Organisation Diagram - Define Scope & Constructing WBS - Project Estimation Time & Cost - Scheduling - Budgeting - Resource Management - Project Control Evaluation - Project Finalization Note: This project requires a prototype using Moodle.com platform.
