    While making my decision to enter into a college, I was greatly influenced by my family and wanted to take admission into the college they suggested to me. My relationship with my family is quite strong and I believed that being with them will make my education journey easy and will help to overcome my fears. Applying the human resource frame, I was of the opinion that the organisation that has been chosen by my family will help to satisfy all my desires and needs and will provide me with ample development opportunities. However, I realised later that following the footsteps of my family may not satisfy me in the long-term and may not make me feel happy about the decision I have taken because they choose the college form their view point.
