This is a descriptive type of paper. You need to convince me that your theory works best when trying to explain the deviant or criminal incidents presented in your popular culture references.

You must first describe/explain the sociological theory of deviance and crime you have chosen and then, using your popular culture references, you must demonstrate that this particular theory does a good job in explaining the deviant or criminal incidents in your popular culture references. Do not be afraid to point out the weaknesses of your chosen theory, but your goal is to convince the reader that the theory you have chosen is the best-suited approach to explain the causes of deviance or crime in your popular culture references.
