The environment created by the qualified teachers and the efforts of the government bodies makes it favorable by providing the necessary material for a world-class education.
The educational environment of public schools in California follows strict guidelines as far as the qualifications for teaching are concerned. The elementary teachers must hold a bachelor's degree including a certificate of a teacher's training program in different subjects so that they can contribute to the overall development of children under 5 years.
