ATTRACTIVENESS OF HUNGARY FOR INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
Hungary is a developing country for international business due to its location, and a number of trade factors that are being explored only recently. Being located in the Central Eastern part of Europe, this country has 9.8mn population (Export.gov, 2018). It was having a communal rule, which ended in 1989, post that, the economy of the country began developing gradually, towards a market-based economy. Currently, the country is a member of trade regulation organisations such as the European Union (EU), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO), which is why the conduction of trade by the foreign countries with Hungary is facilitated without any hindrances (UK Export, 2009).
The growth and advancements in Hungary have gradually attracted foreign countries to invest in business in this country, leading to the increase in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).
