Choose a community (this can be the same as that identified in your “In-class Presentation”) of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island people, from your locality, and record how they are addressing the “Closing the Gap” Campaign in terms of:• Description of Community’s cultural identity (e.g. Specific Name [required], Traditional Language [if still spoken or not and any developments regarding this issue], Location [including boundaries, distinguishing features e.g. rivers, lakes, caves, mountains, ranges etc.] of traditional land(s), artefacts [e.g. implements, weapons art works cave drawings etc.], dreaming [stories, spiritual being, ancestry] etc.)• Explanation of 1 main health issues of the chosen community• Description of 1 programs run by the community’s Health Service• Outline of 1 improvements in the community members’ health as a result of these programsDemonstrate respect throughout the report by correct capitalisation and terminology used when referring to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people
