American Airlines faces greater challenges associated with strategic planning and the
entrepreneurial behavior in the organization. The research has also proved that the level of
entrepreneurial behavior
has gone above the tolerable zones in the organization. While American
Airlines is currently living with the culture shock and the structural changes prior to the news of
disinvestments taking place with the Airline major (Chang, Y. T., Park, H. S., Jeong, J. B., & Lee, J.
W., 2014; Choi, K., Lee, D., & Olson, D. L., 2015). Organizational arrogance is negative to a greater
extent not only for the health of the organization but also for the employees serving it. The
motivational levels can be seriously impacted for the employees affecting the productivity levels
and the downward cycle continues to breed resentment (Chang, Y. T., Park, H. S., Jeong, J. B., &
Lee, J. W., 2014; Choi, K., Lee, D., & Olson, D. L., 2015).
The researches have proved in the past that the culture prevailing within an organization is
crucial for the health of the organization. the stability of the organization along with the profit
margins and growth it expects it largely relevant and relies on the structure which the company
has. The leadership plays a crucial role in defining the set of objectives and laying the principles
in a manner that employees can well implement the same and the productivity for the entire
group makes a large difference (Cserhati, G., & Szabo, L., 2014; Kylili, A., & Fokaides, P. A., 2015).
The labor problems add on to the situation with a weak structure prevailing in any organization.
The airlines industry would turn steel and aluminum as raw materials into extremely large scale
value-added products that were consistently exported around the globe. Therefore, the airlines
industry was sitting proudly enjoying profits, advancing at every stage of their manufacturing
segment as the most significant contributors to the community and the global economy (Cserhati,
