Two cultures different from mine are Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islanders.

    Ethnic diversities lead to many complications at workplace in the modern context. They can range from a variety of factors like language, culture or disability (Chidiac, 2018). Language and culture are at times two of the most potential barriers that affect the workplace conditions. Language serves as a bias that professionals keep in mind. Linked to language, cultural beliefs are subjected to reflections of prejudices on behalf of others and this can bring in negative implications. At the same time, disability can be mental or physical but altogether, any form of disability leads to social exclusion of the individual having it.
Question Three A
Based on personal values of culture, three negative points of social exclusion will be denial to the rights of equality, lack of opportunities of growth and deliberate hampering of a smooth task going on (Rajendran, Farquharson & Hewege, 2017). At first, the exclusion at workplace will be in the possible denial of the rights of equality of work, personal biases against a particular culture will work.
In other words, it can be stated that in a cultural belief where multiple gods are worshipped and one might develop personal biases affecting one’s professional behaviour. The same will be applicable to the chances of growth in system and difficulties in performing workplace-based operations will be created to those who belong to different cultural groups.
