Part A Short answer questions
1. How would you ensure ongoing consultation with all key stakeholders of your agency’s programs?
The foremost important step towards
engaging all the key stakeholders in the ongoing consultation of the agency’ program is to identify their individual interests behind the success of the program. Thereafter it is important to communicate the key vision behind the proposed program so as every individual can align his or her interests and efforts with the same. Therefore, sharing of information, actively trying to engage the stakeholders by showing interest in their suggestions and trying to build a common knowledge base are some of the most common ways to ensure ongoing consultation. (Hellrung & Hartig, 2013)

The first method for identifying the client needs for a community service program will include analysis of as much as possible sources of information related to the current domain the client needs to address. Both the processes can be powered by regular Stakeholder feedbacks. (Hellrung & Hartig, 2013) For example, the internal stakeholders can help to optimize the process by identifying the burdening activities whereas the external stakeholders can help to implement control and evaluation strategies by regular feedbacks.
4. Provide three examples of possible sources of funding for new programs at a community service agency.
The three most common sources of funding can be Federal grants, Local and Public support Funding and Multination corporations. ("Future funding deals for community pharmacists will reward quality and service provision", 2013) There are several local foundations who show interest in helping out the community service agency by finding their development plans. Majority of these funding is drawn from local and public support in addition to the federal funding.
