Assessment for this unit For you to be assessed as competent, you must successfully complete two assessment tasks: Assessment Task 1: Knowledge questions – You must correctly answer all questions. Assessment Task 2: Portfolio – You must complete your portfolio document to demonstrate that you assessed and responded to three people presenting with co-existing needs. Work placement required You will require a work placement to complete Assessment Task 2.
