ation of DID and schizophrenia by the media is a question because in a television show called the “United States Tara” illustrated the biography of a woman who was affected to Dissociative Identity Disorder. In this program there were questions raised as to whether the women on television show was really affected to this disease or was just for show. Thus, as per Muller, (2013); it really interesting to know whether the mental illness broadcasted on the television is real or exaggerated.
