Change is an important part of our lives. It is important for any sane, healthy and growing in
dividual to understand the importance of having a well-balanced and healthy life. A well-balanced life requires a great deal of dedication and commitment towards it. It does not simply come by sitting at home and waiting for things to happen. One has to get up and ensure that he or she does his best to achieve perfection. This perfection can be in any sphere of life; personal, professional, spiritual, health or wealth! The common area of the Venn diagram, however, remains dedication and exceptional time commitment.
I too wish to undertake one such commitment in my life, pertaining to my health and fitness area. I am a big fitness freak and I thoroughly enjoy this phase. I do not diet or exercise to look slim or sculpted or to impress anyone, but I rather do so because it makes me feel good, confident and of course adds to my confidence.
Being fit and healthy requires a lot of work and I am always ready to put in this much amount of investment of my time, money and energy. While I know I have the want inside of me to do so, I am also aware that I am lacking in two very important spheres of this area; exercise and diet. I really want to improve my dedication here in maintaining both of them and not breaking my streak in any manner whatsoever.
