As per the videos mentioned in the link of YouTube, the similarity that exist on those videos are all those videos depicted the poverty underlying in the rural America that led to depression and anxiety among the families mentioned here. Due to poverty one some families mentioned here are sleeping in truck, some undergoes teeth pain but with no proper healthcare dental treatment.
Therefore, the similarity exist in the videos is the bitter poverty in both the rural and the urban areas in Appalachia. The way of struggle by these families differs in the videos. Some addicted towards drugs to come up from depression, some are hoping for the best to arrive in future and struggling harder and harder.

As mentioned in the chapter 14, the urban and the rural poverty is being clearly compared as well as contrasted. As per the data mentioned in this particular chapter, the majority of the African-American in the United States lives in the rural community in the South and suffers from high poverty.
On the other hand, in urban group especially the women sections suffer the most, as they had to manage different responsibilities and did not even get enough time to have food and therefore lack energy and spoil their health conditions. Both the urban and the rural section suffers from poverty only their way of struggle id different.
