Assume you are receiving news that you are the point person within your department/division for one of the change factors listed above. What are the barriers you must address that could challenge the change initiative? What steps will you use to facilitate a successful change process?
According to Dzwigol (2019), changes in the organization are very important for sustainable growth. Some factors responsible for the changes in the organization are new business models, innovation, new technology, and restructuring.
If I'm the responsible person in my division of the organization for the restructuring changes, firstly I recognize the barriers and use the process which removes those barriers. As per Acharya et. Al (2017) At present, Boeing is working the restructuring the organization for achieving its goal for 2023 which is to deliver the 400-450 737 and 70-80 787s. Restructuring is done by rightsizing and downsizing. Rightsizing is the process in which the cost of operations, workers, and technology will be reduced by using perfect strategies which improve performance and increase the profit and growth rate.
