Background:
Margaret, a 35-year-old woman, who has history of hyperuricemia and gouty

arthritis experienced progressive shortness of breath for a week. Limited movement has been

complained by the patient because of her multiple painful swelling in her hands and elbows. She

has also mentioned new lesions in his ear lobes. The patient is a former smoker with 10 pack year

history and worked as a field laborer.
