EZY- is a professional publisher of custom book publishing services. The company is headquartered in Sydney and its subsidiaries are located in Melbourne and Brisbane. The operation of the business is still very old, and all customer service depends on the paper form. For example, if an author wants to publish a book, he should talk to a phone or face-to-face sales representative to get a paper order, and then send the paper manuscript back to the company with the complete form needed. Sales representatives traveled across the country to meet customers, but the company's only communication channel is through the phone. Customers complain that orders are processed for a very long time and paper-based forms are often lost. In addition, customers want to submit orders and manuscripts electronically, as well as submit online order status tracking. Sales representatives have also complained that it is difficult for them to get the latest news about promotion or exemption from the company.
