The company has expanded its operations in Singapore and Vietnam. The company gave Kenneth seven (7) days before his game console is shipped to his home. When his order came, he felt that the weight of the box is quite light. Kenneth opened the box and saw nothing but a few pieces of men's shirts. In his disappointment, he submitted a report ticket to NinjaMoves about the fraud he experienced. The company responded saying it does not allow fake, fraudulent products to be sold and advised Kenneth to return the products to the courier service. Furthermore, the company reiterated that it strictly monitors and send agents to the sellers to inspect their products. The company also said that this is the first time that this happened, and thus a massive investigation shall be conducted. Kenneth aired his anger on social media, posting pictures and receipts. A huge amount of reaction went haywire, and many have posted the same experience. It took weeks before the company responded with the results of the investigation. It found out that the courier service was swapping the products ordered by its clients-a clear case of theft. In addition, NinjaMoves asked Kenneth to take down his post, but Kenneth rebutted that he will only do so if the company will give what is due to him-the gaming console.
