1. She should deny the offer in consideration of the ethical terms, she v
alued from the perspective of her cultural and social background. As ethics is very much concerned with differentiating between right and wrong, it is the basis of judgement according, to which an individual tend to opt the best path. In the case of Chourok C, when she has to know the real intention of her boss, in her moral terms, she was not interested. She did not want to reject the offer as she feel by doing this she could be fired from the job. She, instead of denying the offer in a passive way, by just making lame excuses, should go for a clear-cut talk, directly with her boss regarding what she feels. She must take note of the fact that making excuses would not help her for the longer time and would not make it prominent that she is clearly not interested in the proposal given by him. Therefore, the best option for her would be to clear the things personally with her boss (Hardies, 2019).
2. For every person ethics has different meaning and perspectives. Not every person follows the same values or the ethics. If in the case of Chourok, she did not feel any ethical pressure or bondage in accepting the proposal given by her boss then she must go with it and achieve a hike in her career. Ethics is a situation, which puts a person in a dilemma in choosing path, considered the right or the wrong. The human also classifies the right and wrong path, whose ethics portray the whole scenario in from of them.
