Introduction
The case study elaborates the work history of an individual who has been working with renowned organizations, and has now grabbed a golden opportunity to become the Vice President of a reputed company, HapE, which excels in the manufacturing of natural products. Although the company is placed not on a very high level, but the VP has gained a remarkable position and incredible salary. His company collaborates with another social networking site organization, Oi, to enhance its business goals. The strategies adopted and the steps taken by HapE, have been discussed.

An ethical issue is a situation which binds the organization to identify and evaluate as well as differentiate between right or wrong. The ethical issue associated with this case study is that Oi’s association with HapE has been 2 years old and the company has been benefitted applying those strategies to sell their products. In order to enhance their business potential, Oi proposes the success probability to grow higher if HapE shares its data in which the unhappy users will be convinced through outflow of blogs and ads on the sites and app. The VP of HapE, knowing of its success so far, is still to take a decision whether to accept the proposal or not. Oi has been transparent enough in laying forward its strategies to HapE. There is no scope of any lack of information. Oi assures HapE of the fact that they their business proposals will derive rewards for their company.
