    In the exemplary case of Matrixx Initiatives, Inc. V. Siracusano - 563 U.S. 27, 131 S. Ct. 1309 (2011), the parties were the Siracusano as the plaintiff while Mtrixx became the defendant. The case went through the facts like the class action taken against Matrixx, the pharmaceutical company which had made the nasal spray containing zinc gluconate which is has harmful impacts over the breathing system of the individuals. However, the scienter of the case provided no additional evidence of the negative impact of the given ingredient.
