Learning is a social process though which a child’s behaviours as well developments are shaped through social and cultural interactions. As stated by World Health Organization (2018), according to the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), a strong partnership with parents, it shows the quality of equity for all the children, assesses the learning and development process, which thereby undergoes through children’s expectations, experience, knowledge and perspectives.
Role of Respectful Relationship in Guiding Practices while Developing Relationships with Children
Since birth, a child received a secure atmosphere from their parents and therefore a feeling of respect arises within them. These respectful relationships further protect, guide and regulate them. Therefore, it is the duty of the parents to provide their child a positive experience, expand their knowledge gaining capacities by giving various fruitful information, and always should identify the area of interest in order to gain the respectful position from their children.
