Hi Marcus,
Individual perception will conclude with different results according to one's interests, reactions, values, motivations, and skills (Scott, 2010). Would you agree that individual perception is necessary when dealing with other people since perception is the awareness of our ideas and surroundings? There are always advantages and disadvantages when dealing with assessments. Is there a time you have found that the disadvantages would overpower the advantages and, therefore, not worth the business's effort? I agree that quality assessments help leaders reflect on their performance and improve their leadership skills and abilities. Very informative post!
Carol
