Carefully read the Case StudyUsing the information provided in the case study your task, as the Consultant to the Case Study organisation or organisation of your choice (approved by the Lecturer), is to critically analyse remunerations systems, make an assessment of which system or hybrid of systems is most appropriate (come to a conclusion and put forward a recommendation to the Case Study organisation. You should write introduction about remunerations and purpose of the essay. Then you must indicate what type of organization is it i.e. PVT, Public sector, NGO. Then start with brief introduction about the company and what kind of remuneration system they have? In Literature review you should research on importance of Remuneration system, what is it and types of it? At the end suggest recommendation as well as conclude your assessment with a conclusion. Some important considerations:1. You will need to write 1,800 words and references are not included in the word count.2. To be successful you need a minimum of 15 refereed journal articles (beyond 2007). You can only use books once you have 15 journal articles. Use Ulrich to check that your journal articles are refereed.3. To achieve a result beyond a basic pass support your writing with more than 15 references – there is no definite number but the marker will recognise analytical and critical thinking and writing. Writing should be supported with accurately referenced work.4. Check Turnitin very carefully and if you have any text matching ensure you paraphrase your work.5. Avoid direct quotes. A well written piece of work will be paraphrased.6. Most essays do not have headings but for this assessment we encourage you to use headings.7. Paragraphs should be 5 to 6 sentences. One sentence paragraphs are ineffective.8. You need to demonstrate an analytical approach and critical thinking. Every paragraph should be supported with a number of views and references.9. When a paragraph has one author this constitutes an annotated bibliography. This level of writing is descriptive and basic.10. Remember you have to write the summary before you can make any recommendations.11. Write in third person. Therefore, do not write in first person.12. Read the Subject Guide and again make sure you read every word of the criteria rubric.
