Campbell Soup ran ads on television showing solid ingredients at the top of a bowl of soup in a “mock-up”display. The company placed marbles at the bottom of the bowl to force the solid ingredients to the top. The FTC claimed that this was a violation of Section 5 of the FTCA, in that it was deceptive advertising. Who won? Explain.
