This assignment consist of a report and an excel file (dashboard)
The raw data should exist of a spreadsheet containing at least 50 records (rows). You should be able to analyse your data from at least four different angles (e.g. year, region, SBU, etc). One of these elements has to be time related. The focus is human resources management. Data can be random data.

Animafest Experience was founded in 2000 by the CEO, Santiago Matamala, who experienced first-hand the difficulty of finding internships overseas, because of the absence of online assets and the trouble of arranging everything in an alternate language. Since then, Animafest has been working to provide high-value curricular internships to foreign students in Spain, collaborating with universities across Europe and the rest of the world. With offices in Spain, Turkey, Russia, and representatives in Colombia, México, and China.
Today, with headquarters in Malgrat de Mar, Barcelona and presence in more than 28 cities in Spain, and 27 international employees, Animafest Experience collaborates with more than 800 universities from all over Europe and more than 1324 universities around the rest of the world, with thousands of collaboration agreements worldwide. Their main job is to connect university or vocational school students with companies from around Spain, helping students in all the relocation process and supporting International Relations departments.
Animafest internships are consistently for a specific period of time, with a start and an end, and whose goal is to pick up involvement with a region of interest for the undergraduate and the college or, for ECTS credits, if the practices are curricular while giving additional assistance to the organization. Regardless, we just oversee temporary positions for those understudies who need them as a feature of their instruction or expert preparation. Meaning just temporary positions with the probability of extending to a year. This service is completely free of cost for the student and the university.
Moreover, Animafest collaborates with Ecotur, a Spanish institution located in Valencia that offers students the opportunity to do their internship in Spain if their university would not sign the contract or to already graduated students that still want to do an internship to obtain more working experience. With a small fee of 240 euros, you can enroll in the institution, follow a small online course, and obtain an internship in Spain (visa and traveling cost are not included).
Animafest Experience does intermediation assignments only, placing into contact the invested individuals, without taking an interest regardless in the immediate enrollment of up-and-comers, in any of the potential structures offered by the organization.
The total employees are 68- the excel file has some information regarding the employees the rest of the data can be generated randomly

Your workbook should contain at least the following visible sheets:
a. Introduction sheet with navigation possibility to other sheets. It should be possible to
navigate back to this ‘home page’ from the other sheets.
b. Dashboard which allows you to drill-down and display the past, current and (possible)
future situation with the company. It should also be possible to compare and contrast valid
information with each other. The dashboard should have a minimum of four dynamic
charts. Each chart must have a predictive element. Your dashboard should contain at
least two charts that are operated by the same Pivot slicer.
c. An explanation of why the chosen graphs are relevant. Which KPI’s are measured with
the chart? What kind of decisions can a manager take based on them?

Your dashboard will be evaluated for the following points:
- User friendliness
- Data protection
- Correct choice of Charts & Visualisation
- Design: Professional look and feel, logical build up

WORD FILE
Write a professional report that contains the following: (5pages)
1) Presentation of Results: Summary/Recommendations of your findings for management –
max 1 page including charts/graphs
2) Maintenance Guide for your Dashboard
Data level - where did the data come from, which data was chosen and why, which data
was generated for the assignment. Which external data was used and why. How the data
was prepared. Names of the data sheets, naming used in Excel.
Analytical layer – How did you analysis the data and why. Which pivot table, functions
did you use and in which sheets. Link between the analysis and the KPI’s/decisions that
the manager wants to make/track.
Presentation layer – Which charts did you choose and why. How can the manager
interpret the dashboard, how will the dashboard help the manager to answer their
questions. Which colour scheme did you use and why?
