BUSINESS ETHICS PROJECT - PART 1
You are required to submit an individual project consisting of an analysis of an ethical problem that occurred in the real world of business. It consists of three parts. Below is what is required for Part 1:
STEP 1) Conduct research using the library databases or other online databases by searching for a past or a current ethical problem in the business world.
Make it interesting for you: if you like sports, choose in sports; if you like fashion, choose in fashion; if you like medicine, choose in medicine. But make sure that involves a BUSINESS ETHICAL PROBLEM.
Examples can be:
The Houston Astros ethical problem in 2019.
San Diego State University ethical problem over choosing its football mascot “the Aztec Warrior”
Corie Barry, the CEO of Best Buy, accused by a whistleblower of having an inappropriate affair with another executive.
STEP 2) Findat least 10 references or sources of your business ethical problem. These need to be quality references (books, journal articles, newspaper articles, website from well-known sources, etc).
Any references from social media will not count as credible references.
STEP 3: By Friday Feb 7, submit the following below:
Title of your proposed project
Summary of your chosen business ethical case (5-7 sentences)
List of your 10 references (minimum, in APA style format)

its own policy however, some policies are mandatory for every organization. Restricting usage of company’s asset and technology is one of them. In this 21st century, it is found that more than 80% business are internet oriented and more than 95% organizations are present in online platform (Jasanoff, 2016). A study by Li et al.
