Assessment of essential underpinning knowledge will usually be conducted in an off-site context. Assessment is to comply with relevant regulatory or Australian standards' requirements. What happens if your result is ‘Not Yet Competent’ for one or more assessment tasks? The assessment process is designed to answer the question “has the participant satisfactorily demonstrated competence yet?” If the answer is “Not yet”, then we work with you to see how we can get there. In the case that one or more of your assessments has been marked ‘NYC’, your Trainer will provide you with the necessary feedback and guidance, in order for you to resubmit/redo your assessment task(s). What if you disagree on the assessment outcome? You can appeal against a decision made in regards to an assessment of your competency. A trait can be referred to as a characteristic of an individual measured through assessment and factor is the qualities required to perform the job successfully. Therefore, together it is the assessment of characteristics of job and individual. The individual should be given the job, which best fits according to his skills and knowledge as it yields higher productivity. As mentioned by Novikova (2016), traits are generally stable and enduring patterns of feeling, thinking and behaving. A factor is a pattern of traits that reflects how a person behaves, feel and think.
As informed by Costa and McCrae (2018), it can be said that it is the study of overall human personality. The traits include extroversion, agreeableness, openness to experience, conscientiousness, honest- humility, harm avoidance, self-esteem, novelty seeking, perfectionism and neuroticism. These traits represent a range between two ends. In reality, the majority of individuals tend to lie somewhere midway along the spectrum of each factor, rather than at polar ends. Each individual has its own trait, but these occur along a spectrum.

As mentioned by Chang et al. (2016), the Australian Blueprint for Career Development revolves around young people and adults. It is a framework used to design, implement and evaluate career development programs for them. The blueprint includes skills, knowledge and attitudes that people need to make a choice and effectively and efficiently manage their careers. The aim is to enable parents, teachers, practitioners, employment service providers, who help the people in managing their careers.
These people work with a consistent set of career management competencies, which help Australian people, had better manage their lives, work and learnings. It also helps in measuring how good an individual is performing a job and what areas need improvement. Career Development has a process followed by Exploration, Establishment, Mid-career, Late career and decline. Career blueprint helps young people to design a road map, so they know the way where they have to go and even the ways to reach that position. The focus should be put on identifying the hurdles and removing it, to achieve end outcomes.

Relationships can be defined as a good bond between individuals. Relationships are necessary to maintain for emotional wellbeing, social stability and learning how one can comfortably share joys and sorrows with one another.
