PURPOSE:
The purpose of the activity is to sense the Telecom industry of Pakistan. Mobilink, one of the service provider within Telecom sector started their operations in
1990 as the first GSM service provider which provides better network and voice quality. Mobilink, in its initial stages captures the major percentage of customer base at Pakistan, however, this customer base witnessed the drastic declining trend during few specific years 2015-17.
The details analysis of past records, service levels, packages, budgets will be done to understand the possible key factors which led to the decline in customer base of Mobilink
We shall be using SAP Analytics Cloud for our analysis

SAP Analytics cloud (SAC) is a next generation business suite. SAP Analytics cloud (SAC) delivers massive simplifications (customer adoption, data model, user experience, decision making, business processes and models) and innovations (Internet of Things, Big Data, business networks, and mobile-first) to help businesses Run Simple in the digital economy.
It was released in 2015. This is used for various aspects of Financial & Operational planning for all business areas. Apart from business planning, the other key components are Business Intelligence (for reporting, dashboard analysis using Graphs & Maps, data-discovery and visualization), predictive analytics, governance, risk, and compliance.
SAP Analytics cloud (SAC) captures the transaction data from S/4 HANA & other sources for business intelligence (BI), planning, and predictive analytics. It is built on SAP Cloud Platform & provide the user friendly experience along with cloud experience to maximize the output & decision making.
SAP Analytics cloud works with a close integration with various sources at which users performs various transactions, be it in Material Management, Sales & Distribution, Warehousing, Financial Module, Success factors etc. Over and above, these transactions are independent of the Industry type as well like Retail, Telecommunication, Banking, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Healthcare etc. Its helps top level management & other decision makers to analyse the company performance, activity & expense trends through powerful Dashboards & Visualizations for decision making for future.
