The team members also faced various challenges that identity with specific skills that enhance their potential in the workplace very effectively. Global Green Books publishing is an E-book company that faces various challenges to build effective project management. The following assignment describes a great understanding of the challenge faced by the supervisor and team members and also identity the skills that are highly required to overcome these challenges.

The supervisor of this company experienced a critical situation to establish effective project management.
Absence of scheduling software
One of the major issues faced by the supervisor in this company is poor scheduling software that reduces the entire control of this company. It makes various critical situations in establishing effective planning and production process for e-books. The increasing market competition also impacts this company because of these issues.
