You may refer to existing practices that you see in the industry, or you may be as innovative as you think you can be.
Your Presentation MUST Include:
1.PROBLEM STATEMENT AND/OR OPPORTUNITY
You need to identify issues, define the scope of the problem, and develop a well-informed hypothesis on possible solutions by reviewing facts you gather from your research.
2. ANALYSIS OF THE KEY ALTERNATIVES
The results of the analysis of relevant alternatives should be presented in a concise manner. A brief discussion of the logic leading to the selection of a particular alternative as best should be given here, as well as a summary as to why the other alternatives were rejected.
3. HIGH LEVEL COSTS-BENEFITS ANALYSIS
We are not expecting a detail quantitative costs-benefits analysis with financial numbers in it, but we would like to see how you will structure the costs; what your method is in measuring the benefits; how you explain that the return of the investment will bring positive value to the business. More tangible the benefits that you can bring would be better.
4. IMPLEMENTATION
After reviewing your options, you need to finalize a logical and actionable solution and create an implementation plan. You will use the presentation to gain a final buy-in on the solution and reason out the best first few steps in beginning the implementation.
