It the managers who are responsible for influencing ethics in the organization. They ar
e supported by the leaders and employees in adhering to the ethical standards. They are also responsible for promoting core ethical benefits which creates a culture for the company. On the other hand, if the managers deceive, cheats or hides information from the stakeholders then such act will be thought by the customers to be the expected model of the organization and will be detrimental to the regular business operations.
Analysis

According to my observation, I think most of the managers uses their influence for accomplishing their own personal gains. The managers must ensure that there is a proper backup plan if anything goes wrong. The employees do not have any idea how they will get laid off or fired even if they are performing as per the policies and guidelines of the organization. Therefore, the managers must utilize their influential powers in the form of politics, teamwork and networking in order to ensure that they have the ability to successfully achieve the organizational objectives.
