Our product is all about gardening toolbox. A gardening toolbox comprises of some pruning shears, garden forks, gloves, loppers, hand towels and many more. Through pestle and SWOT analysis, the various factors, which may affect our organisation, and several outcomes are explained thoroughly. Through SMART sales plan and objectives we understood the several ways to attain our goals and our performances are thoroughly checked by the KPI procedures to reach the target. The competitors should be well recognised and risk management factors should be prevented.
2. Highlights of the product/ service
Our product is all about gardening toolbox. A gardening toolbox comprises of some pruning shears, garden forks, gloves, loppers, hand towels and many more. Gardening is a creative and wonderful hobby one can have, spade and hence requirements of these products are very much essential. The beginners often face problems of the ways, which to use in order to plan a gardening activities and how to execute the plans but with the help of these tools, they could easily get an idea about how to start their planning. Therefore, our goal before launching a product should be very clear and specific. The following three objectives are SMART—
· To increase profit percentage by 2% by the sales of the gardening toolbox within 6 months
· To increase company’s market share by 2% within 6 months
· To increase presence on 3 social media platforms within 2 months
