Through SMART sales plan and objectives we understood the several ways to attain our goals and our performances are thoroughly checked by the KPI procedures to reach the target. Therefore, our goal before launching a product should be very clear and specific. The following three objectives are SMART—
· To increase profit percentage by 2% by the sales of the gardening toolbox within 6 months
