The key phase of the change management process includes strategy and the planning phase of the change management plan. The next one is the organizational change management plan consideration, configuration and testing and the product training phase. The organization might initiate change due to the several factors-

Explain force-field analysis as a model for understanding the change process.
The force-field analysis model help in analysing the root cause behind the change identified and required. The technique believes in the fact that any situation observed is the result of the forces (Galli et al., 2018).
Explain the key premises of the Burke & Litwin organisational change model and its application to the change process.
The key premises of the Burke & Litwin Organisational change model is it is used in understanding the organization components parts and how they are related to each other in a time of change. The strategic objective of the report is to analyse the overall market situation and the company situation regarding the current trend and practices and then formulate the change management plan for the company. The objective would be to formulate an effective change management plan that would help in evolving the features of the company. The major changes that are required within the organization is the digitalization of the operations of the company on a huge level, looking up to the staffs that are required and the one that are not basically needful in the new process and the content improvisation of the company.
The current human resource policies and procedures include the recruitment, selection, induction policy and procedures the company.
The recruitment policy of the company is to attract and select the employees that would be the best suited for the company. The HR would be commencing the position description, collecting the applicant’s information and then scheduling the recruitment process. The recruitment process would include the process like screening, interviewing and then final selection. For the induction the HR will ensure that all the mandatory formality need to be fulfilled before on boarding the candidate and before their probation period.
