 Brief description of assessment task

This assignment task requires students to develop project management plan for the construction stage of a case project. Students are required to propose and evaluate project management techniques appropriate for successful delivery of construction project. The project management plan will relate to the designated case project and integrate given project parameters with relevant techniques for their effective management. Detail of student output This is an individual assessment task. Students are required to submit a written project plan of no more than 2,500 words, excluding references.
