Blackjack is a card game that adds the face values of a player’s cards. The player attempts to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. A blackjack dealer at a particular casino is able to deal to five players simultaneously. Use the techniques described in this chapter to deal five blackjack hands simultaneously. A blackjack hand is initially dealt two cards. As long as the sum of the player’s cards is less than 13, the player is dealt another card. The dealer draws a blackjack hand of 17. Any of the 5 players whose hand is greater than 17 without going over 21 has beaten the dealer.
