Identify the factors which will need to be considered for its implementation, as well as your recommendations, to complete your report. Context Your ability, as a professional, to use modern communication technologies to improve business practices is critical for business success. Equally important is your ability to write well-structured business reports to communicate your ideas and recommendations to a range of stakeholders. This assessment task requires you to demonstrate these abilities, in the context of communication technologies, in preparation for your professional future practice. Using the report format you have studied in Module 4, analyse your topic’s communication technology, its uses, advantages and disadvantages. Identify the factors which will need to be considered for its implementation in an organisation, as well as your recommendations.  Both Assessment 2A Source Analysis and Assessment 2B Written Report must be on the same topic. 2. Integrate the four (4) sources from your Assessment 2A Source Analysis into your Written Report analysis.  For instance, you may decide to use each source for a different section or a combination of sources in a section.  Ensure that you use headings for each new idea to clearly communicate your ideas and give the reader a pathway to understand your written report. 3. Conduct any additional research as needed to support your line of reasoning. 4. Follow APA 6th ed. style for citing and referencing all your sources. Employee motivation is one of the major factors involved behind the company's productivity. Employee motivation not always depends on monetary or no-monetary benefits received from company’s end but it also depends on workplace flexibility. Enabling internal communication is a major aspect of workplace flexibility. This report is focused on identifying technologies and tools used by organisations to bring effective communication among employees. Advantages and disadvantages of using advanced communication tools will also be described through this study. Factors a company needs to take care before adopting a technology into account is also going to be discussed throughout this report. Recommendations will also be provided in the concluding part of the study.
Available communication technologies and its use
A number of studies has been researched and it is found that organisations nowadays implement a number of communication tools and techniques. First one is social media, by the help of this tool along with internal communication, external communication can also be done. For example, if an executive staff have any doubt regarding their job then he/she can ping the person directly over social media account. On the other hand, a company can communicate with suppliers and customers via social media page of the company (Razmerita, Kirchner & Nielsen, 2016).
As social media does not provide sufficient amount of privacy therefore, organisations use external tools like Zoho Connect, Crowdicity, Convo and others (Business.com, 2016). To use these applications companies need to buy commercial license. After buying licenses, management team need to install the software to every computer system they have in their organisation. Some of those tools are browser based as well. Ahmad & Cavus (2019) browser based communication tools refers to some application which can be operated through the internet browser. Users do not need to install it into their system. In Terms of security, technology and user friendliness those communication software (Zoho Connect, Crowdicity, Convo) are more reliable than social media.
