Answer to Question 1
    The Advanced Build-it is an organisation, which manufactures different cabinets for the different organisations. In this case, the Built-in cabinets have gotten the emergency orders from two different establishments. The delivery date was fixed on the same date. One organisation is the University Heights elementary schools, which were located in London, Ontario. Another one is Strathroy renovation project. One organisation has the demands of the grey and pink units for the colourful school indoors. However, the Strathroy has the need for the black cabinets.
The immediate and threatening problems that are faced in the present scenario are the mistakes of the delivery. The delivery activity was the responsibility of Dan and Rick. They have been provided with the proper delivery sheets as well. They overlooked the London Destination and they unloaded all the cabinets in the Strathroy. Half of them are shipped in the elementary school as well. That is the reason why the supervisors of the crew members of both organisations are questioning Jerry Day because they are utterly confused about the different elements they have been provided.
All the cabinets have been mixed and matched, which gave rise to a huge confusion amongst the crewmembers of both the organisations. The immediate problem is to shift all the cabinets to their proper places so that the different organisations can get exactly what they wanted. More work force is needed by the organisation in order to complete the work before the deadline. Another problem is that the organisation has to arrange different delivery services because currently Dan and Rick is located in Woodstock from where London is in a lot of distance and it will consume a lot of time.
The kindergarten cabinets should be delivered to the London school immediately so that they can be used from Monday. The still black cabinets should be shifted to Strathroy for their usage. All of these activities should be done in a very less period and that needs a lot of money as well. These are the main problems of the current scenario, which needs to be mitigated with the implementation of the proper strategy.
