Berkeley claims that even if nothing existed outside the mind, we would still perceive everything exactly as we perceive everything right now. As proof he points to dreams and hallucinations where we can perceive things that do not exist outside our minds. Suppose Berkeley’s claim is right. Would this claim be enough to prove that nothing exists outside the mind? Why?
