Alternatively, list two healthcare services that have a larger than “normal” co-pay (out-of-pocket payment) when used. Are these exclusions/large co-pays justified? The Australian government recently proposed lowering the Medicare reimbursement rate for outpatient care use for all users by $5 per visit.
