Introduction
Every sector of the economic and societal aspects has been hard hit due to the spread of pandemic in Australia. It is evident that economic growth became stagnant and therefore an inheritable transformation was needed in order to boost every sector of the economy. The paper effectively presents four pillars that determine the framework for transformation in the events industry responding to the post pandemic strategies.
This paper shall discuss about two pillars; Connectivity and self-care&wellbeing. Thereafter, the aforementioned terms are analyzed based on some literary works. The findings are evaluated and applicable measures are also presented.

There is no doubt that every single economy in the globe has been affected and has been adversely impacted due to the spread of COVID-19. Events industry forms an important part of the society and culture. Social distancing and lockdown restrictions have directly impacted the events industry. Statistics confirms that 96% of the total revenue was lost in 2020 itself which is approximately accounted to 1.1 million event days. It is estimated that the total loss in this sector is approximately between $29.4 to $35.7 billion USD in direct expenditure (Miles & Shipway, 2020). Events industry contributes significantly to the Australian economy accounting for about 15.2 billion US dollars indirect GDP impact.

Formation of connection, meaningful experiences, adaptive capacity and education and self-care and wellbeing are the four important pillars transformation in the framework of the events industry.
Connectivity
It has been effectively pointed out in this study that human connectivity is an important aspect that builds a societal and a cultural connection. This formation of connection in the post pandemic situation will make the events more fruitful. It is evident that human beings look for social connection and research documents that people are reluctant and bored enough with the present scenario (Steriopoulos& Wrathall, 2021). So, events in the future will put a greater emphasis on social connectivity. Connectivity with the environment is also an important aspect that shall guide the transformation in the events industry in the future. It can incorporate environmental goals which allow humans to learn the environmental issues (Carr et al, 2020). Experiences with environmental care will also enhance the human connectivity by inspiring the clients on environmental aspects.
