Basically the tests that I have done was the Cooper’s 12 minute run (2000m), Push-Up test (21) and 1RM test Leg Press (80), the numbers in brackets are the results tested on my classmate. Then weneed to explain why we  chose these tests using articles, then write a program choosing exercises based on articles as well.
