the virtue of this course, I have learnt the skill as well as the art to develop strong relationships that help me to interact with others, socialise, share experience, make friends and learn from one another. Especially in corporate world, this skill of building strong relationship is considered highly valuable for the growth and enhancement of professional experience ("Communication - the neglected skill", 2017). I have always heard my cousins and friends who are working in many multinational corporations telling me the importance of networking but I never really knew the reason. However, thanks to this course, I am able to decipher the meaning much better. By the virtue of this report I have described my amazing journey of enlightenment to explore how to build relationships, effective partnership, collaborative learning as well as learn the ability to network in the group. My Experience & Reflections

This course has provided me in-depth knowledge and practical acumen that can help me establish effective partnerships with others, managing stakeholders and learning collaboratively. When we practiced multiple brainstorming and group activities in the class, all the members of the team were actively engaged to process, explored more than one way to solve a given problem as well as there was better synthesize of concepts and information instead of just memorizing the facts and figures (Cronin & Grice, 1993). Now, I am strong believer of collaborative learning since it is one of the most effective ways of learning since it actively engages all the stakeholders that are involved. We defended our stand, reframed our ideas, listen prospective of others as well as articulated new points that bolstered are concepts such that it is difficult to forget and easy to apply in practical real-life scenarios. Collaborative learning also supports team building and generate positive dynamics that is conducive for growth and productivity.
