•Reply to what this classmate said: “I have used Excel before this class for basic things. Once I took this class, I realized I did not know anything about Excel. I have truly learned a lot by taking this class. Learning about Excel will help me so much when I graduate from my Accounting program. By taking this class I will be more understanding about the different errors. I will be able to make my financial statements look more professional. 1 thing I found very interesting is the Pivot tables. Pivot tables are tables that summarize the data of a more extensive table. It allows us to make columns into rows and rows into columns. By me learning more about this I can make my presentation look 100% better, It will allow me to be more organized. It will make looking at certain data easier. Another interesting thing I learned was formulas. A formula calculates the value of a cell. I learned formulas can calculate almost anything you need to find. This will make my life so much easier because instead of manually adding up the columns or rows now I can enter a formula and let Excel do it for me. I also found grouping and ungrouping of the workbooks great. This function will allow you to enter the same data into all workbooks that are grouped together at the same time. This will save you ALOT of time. Also if you have to change some of the data you only have to change it on one workbook, not all of them. Once it is changed on 1 workbook then the other grouped workbooks will change also.

Excel is a very powerful tool and it is used by almost all the organization for data
preparation, presentation and analysis. Further it is used from top level management to bottom level in each organization. The excel is having various features which includes mainly two features which we came to know about after attending the sessions which are as below:
· Pivot tables
