Based on what you have learned from readings in this chapter or from other experiences that you have had, interview one or more bilinguals, and write an essay in which you analyze their experiences. (Chapter 17 presents information on interviews, and Chapter 18 presents information on using sources from field research.) As in the previous questions, this essay may employ aspects of factual, definitional, evaluative, and causal arguments as well as rhetorical analysis.
