Based on the project outline provided by the client, you will need to make a project plan (2500 words).  You will use the same groups as were assigned for the seminars

You have been asked to provide the following:

● Executive summary (5%) - Briefly introduce the task and summarise the main aspects of your project plan for the client.
● Select an appropriate methodology - As a group you will need to select the most appropriate IS methodology to use for this case.  (For the group assignment you do not need to justify your methodology, but make sure you clearly state the methodology you have selected).
● Outline team composition (20%) - Based upon the IS methodology selected and the case study, provide an outline and justification of the team members (e.g. developers, managers) involved in this project.
● Project plan (45%) - Based upon the IS methodology selected and the case study, provide a clear plan for the stages, activities and tasks in the project providing details where necessary. Provide an estimate of how long each task will take.
● Full plan in Project (30%) - Convert your tasks into a full functioning project plan in Microsoft Project. You will need to include tasks, estimates and team members in your plan.  (Make sure you include a readable project schedule in your submission as outlined in Practical 1)
● Project log - Throughout the assignment keep a project logbook. This should include details of any group meetings that you have and the tasks allocated to individuals.
You should submit a single copy of the group assignment including the student ID of all group members.
