G&B is a local grocery store, which recently started the service of home delivery for online orders. After running the service for six months, G&B conducted a customer survey, in which the customers are asked to rate the service on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being most satisfactory. As the customers are registered online, G&B is able to identify each customer with information of the spending, the number of visits to G&B’s website, the number of orders, and the number of return claims filed during the past 6 months. G&B also have the information of individual customer’s gender and distance from the store. G&B is interested in understanding what factors affect the customers’ satisfaction of the grocery service.
