The business chosen is Samsung. Samsung is a south Korean multinational company. This company has headquarters in Samsung town, Seoul. It was founded by l. There are many businesses affiliated with Samsung. In 1960s, the company had entered in the field of electronics. After 1987, company is divided into four business group. After 1990, the mobile phones and semiconductor has become the primary source of the income (Samsung, 2018). It has now become one of the most valued global companies in the world.
For the past 10 years, this group has brought a lot of changes in its business strategies. Korean environment has been proven remarkable in the growth of the business of Samsung. During Frankfurt announcement by the company in 1993, company is greatly supported by the government. According to Han (2011), the credit of their success goes to their structure. Samsung has changed it years old corporate structure to acquire weak market and to cope up with the competition. Their new structure involve ownership, future strategy office and professional CEOs of the subsidiary businesses. Their fast decision-making policies and always looking forward to grab new opportunities has given new heights to the company.

PESTEL is a strategy analysing tool which is used to assess the external factors. These factors are political, economic, social, technological, environment and legal. The process is start with the in-depth analysis of the organisation. The analysis can be done on entire fire or its business unit or the new venture of the company.
