Your client is looking to expand their operations internationally but are unsure of the best approach for their internationalisation. In particular, they are seeking your recommendations on the following key issues: 1. Given their respective levels of international competitiveness in your client's industry, which of the two countries would be most advantageous for the firm's international expansion? Justify your answer using relevant theory, models or concepts. 
 HINT: Which of the two countries would include the manufacturing country, i.e USA and which one out of the two Bolivia or Uzbekistan. Relevant theory: Porter’s Diamond theory, which includes factor endowments, firm strategy, structure of the firm, rivalry, demand conditions, relating and supporting industry. 2. Which internationalisation strategy would be most appropriate for expansion into your chosen target market (country)? Justify your answer using relevant theory, models or concepts. 
 HINT: Connecting it to Porter’s diamond theory, explain why the company, i.e. Harley Davidson uses differentiation strategy. Secondly, which internationalisation strategy would be most appropriate, decide between one of these Global standardised strategy, transnational strategy, localization strategy, international strategy. 3. Is establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary through FDI an appropriate way for your client to enter the chosen target market (country)? If not, what alternate entry mode is best, and why?
