Having leadership alone touch close to home in a professional manner for myself. I am currently serving in the United Stated Military and with over a decade of leadership I know personally this is not a skill that is learned once and mastered. Leadership is a skill that must be sharpen day after day to make the best leader possible. I have soldiers under my command daily who follow my every order but to be a great leader your team must know the plan and have a understanding of your goal. Explanation of The Key Concept Having leadership is not enough even if you have mastered the execution of being a leader day in and day out, a leader must have vison. Leadership requires leaders to be able to look outside of the task at hand and strategize on the best possible ways to progress for a mission or completion of a project. Behavioral changes are required for great leadership and strategic concepts must be a part of a leader’s behavior change. As stated, previous a leader must have a full strategic management plan that their team is also aware of, this key principle allows for a successful team cohesion and completion of any mission or project. Leadership is important and it includes defining the role of manager along with the comprehensive review of the literature on strategy planning and leadership. The article describes the impact of leadership in development of strategy for organizational change. It emphasizes the social influence process and it provides collective efforts for accomplishing the common goal. It involves the process for organizational change development and involves the outcomes of change. The article is relevant because it describes leadership behaviors to organizational outcome and change that is the mechanism through which leaders can drive the change for understanding the change. It is important for the project management because it includes describing the process through the leader action along with change outcome. It can help in establishing the role of change process for mediating the relationship between response to change and leadership behavior. The article describes leadership in development of strategy and behavioral approach of leaders with empirical evidence. This article connects to the next four articles because leadership must be explain in the sequence from the inside to the outside of leadership. Key Concept and Why You Are Interested in It
After going through the textbook, the most important idea that I will investigate further is the concept of team learning. This is something that h
as piqued my curiosity because team learning involves members of a group working together toward the accomplishment of a common objective. As a result, it is useful for pre-class preparation, readiness assurance testing, problem-solving activities, and providing instant feedback to participants.
Explanation of The Key Concept
Learning in a group setting requires cooperative work toward the accomplishment of a predetermined objective. Team learning has as its primary purpose the accomplishment of a goal through the use of internal dialogue and discussion, conflicts and defensive routines, and exercise by members of the group. Participating in activities designed to build teams can be an effective means of fostering collaboration and trust, enhancing motivation, fostering strengths, and addressing weaknesses. However, in order for them to have a genuine impact, they need to be properly planned out and have a purpose that they are trying to accomplish.

In their article, Yang et al. addressed both the benefits of team-based learning (TBL) and its effectiveness in the teaching of community nurses. Nursing students taking a course on community health care engaged in TBL as a means of achieving the Sustainable Development Goal. This not only helped the students achieve the goal, but it also improved their learning attitude, community understanding, and community care competence for the purpose of providing community health care. The students were guided in their discussion of community care concerns through the use of TBL as the instructional technique, which enabled them to make full use of the knowledge they had obtained through their practice setting. They demonstrated that TBL improved participants' comprehension of the community as well as enhanced participants' skills for assessing and meeting the needs of the community. They established partnerships with residents of the community, ensured healthy living, and promoted well-being among people of all ages, and achieved significant performance, an effective learning attitude, and nursing competencies with professional knowledge related to community ageing health care and nursing skills.
