Introduction
A Leader is the person who leads a group, organisation or a country. John C Maxwell is an American author who defines leadership as, “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”She/he is the one who guides the activities of all the individuals working in the organisation, to achieve the desired goal of the organisation. The objective of the organisation is achieved efficiently and effectively if the leader knows how to use the knowledge and skills of all the individuals in the right way. The leader that exhibits certain qualities is supposed to be gaining success using those traits.
